The house is looking so good, we almost don't want to sell it (almost...but not quite)! If only we'd had the motivation (and money) to put in all that work while we still lived there.

Alas - now it is ready for a new owner, so if you know anyone in the market, it's listed at $324,000. It's 997 sq. feet, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large lot in a quiet neighborhood in N. Seattle.
